How do you train?
Think carefully and then ask yourself are you happy!
2016 season is just a matter of weeks away now. Many riders are already into their Winter Training and will soon be "chomping at the bit" so to speak. Pretty soon it will be time to get the "best bikes" back out!
Even if you have been doing your training so far on your own, or with guidance from another source, it's not too late to start with Coach4Bike; so give me a call and see about joining up and lets get you started and into a "winning" frame of mind for next season.
